Items are ready to ship unless labeled as pre-order item. Ready to ship items will be shipped in 3-5 business days. When purchasing a pre-order item please be aware that your item won't be shipped until it is made, please refer to the item description to determine the amount of time needed until your order can be shipped.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not available.
